Hello! Welcome to Springfield Tech Neighbor.

We started this service with one clear mission: to make everyday home technology approachable, comfortable, and stress-free for seniors, retirees, families, and small local offices in Springfield, Missouri.

Too often, getting computer help means dealing with rushed technicians who speak in acronyms, push expensive subscriptions, or make you feel uncomfortable for asking basic questions. We believe there is a much better way.

Our Principles

Respect and Patience First: We treat your home, your time, and your questions with genuine care. There are no “silly questions.”
In-Person Home Visits: We sit down with you at your desk or dining table in the comfort of your home. You see everything we do.
You Keep Your Privacy: We will never ask you for passwords or account recovery codes. When a password needs to be entered, you type it in privately.
Clear Notes to Keep: Before we finish our visit, we write down clear, easy-to-follow steps on paper so you can reference them whenever you need.
